JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Answer internet leads within the store’s required time and email product information with pricing
• Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients
• Confirm appointments
• Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience REQUIRED
• Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license
• We maintain a drug-free workplace so all candidates must pass a drug test

Our store is located at 9850 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225, one mile west of I-295. Your supervisor will be Gino Manley, our Pre-Owned Sales Manager, who has over 10 years of automotive experience!
