Join the Walmart US eCommerce Legal Team to partner with the business & compliance leadership on fast-paced, financial-focused operations, and strategy for the world’s largest company. This Lead Counsel role will provide legal support for Walmart.com’s site, product, catalog, and design teams, provide legal counsel for transactions, and collaborate with cross functional teams to mitigate legal and compliance regulatory risk. 

You’ll make an impact by: 

  • Supporting the growth of the walmart.com business

  • Providing legal advice to the company by providing clients with an informed understanding of the client's legal rights, obligations, and risks to allow the client to make informed decisions

  • Collaborating with senior executives on significant risks in an eCommerce regulatory environment

You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 

  • eCommerce experience

  • Substantial, diverse legal experience (ex. combination of in-house, government, leading law firm, etc.)

  • Empower your business partners while working collaboratively to achieve cross-functional goals within a corporate environment

  • Leveraging technology to streamline processes, communication and workflows

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

‎ 

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Law degree from an accredited law school and 6 years’ experience in law.
License to practice law in at least one state.
2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
