- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge skills and experience
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
- Meet placement targets and earn commissions based on successful hires
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English
- Understanding of the American labor market
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Indeed Facebook and other social media/job portals
Compensation:
- Commissionbased: $500 per placement
- Potential to switch to a fixed commission structure
