Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn Indeed Facebook and other job portals
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge skills and experience
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
Meet placement targets and earn commissions based on successful hires

Requirements:

Fluent spoken English
Understanding of the American labor market
Proficiency with LinkedIn Indeed Facebook and other social media/job portals

Compensation:

Commissionbased: $500 per placement
Potential to switch to a fixed commission structure
