Job Title: Trust & Estates Attorney
Location: Naples, FL (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney for a Partner or Of Counsel position in their highly-regarded Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida. This role is focused on succession planning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct client relationships and provide expert advice on estate planning.
• Draft and plan for clients with taxable estates.
• Utilize complex estate planning tools, including:
  • GST-exempt trusts
  • GRATs
  • SLATs
  • IDGTs
  • Other complex estate planning instruments
• Provide post-mortem administration services.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including:
  • Forms 706
  • Forms 709
  • Forms 1041

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Trust & Estates law.
• Proven experience in business development, with a target of approximately $250,000.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
• Commitment to providing high-quality client services.
• Florida Bar admission required.
