Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $29.50/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite, Schenectady, NY

What’s a typical day as a Transactional Support Associate? You’ll be:
• Drafting Transactional quotes for FSA sites.
• Tracking ongoing Transactional jobs.
• Following up with Hub Managers for job execution information.
• Delivering job closeout information to the invoicing team.
• Attending meetings to provide job status updates and drive closure.
• Developing and maintaining a consistent process across regions/hubs.
• Identifying areas of improvement, developing solutions, and bringing them to the team.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Have a basic understanding of sales and commercial processes.
• Possess competency in Smartsheet, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Have the ability to quickly develop proficiency in online quoting tools.
• Have strong problem-solving skills to prioritize a high volume of activity.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to drive resolution on outstanding items.
