2.1 Work with key stakeholders to identify English language and cross-cultural related training needs 2.2 Design and deliver basic English language courses and intercultural communication courses in various media and formats 2.3 Proofread and edit content, e.g. documents in English, systems in English, videos in English, etc. 2.4 Provide support for English language interviews, senior management meetings, etc.
