Job Description

PURPOSE

Videray Technologies exists to create a safer society worldwide. We have created some of the world’s most powerful, user-friendly, and ultra-portable handheld X-ray inspection devices to help our clients see through surfaces to detect illicit drugs, contraband, and potential threats.

Our technology is already progressing on this mission domestically and internationally in over 80 countries. You’ll be working with a fun, intelligent, and driven group of individuals to ensure we can continue fulfilling this mission in the coming years!

POSITION

We are seeking an individual who is capable of building a world-class success program for customs, partners, and our growing team. Reporting to the COO, this is key role will be responsible for building out an entire new function here at Videray and join our amazing team in our Boston, MA, office.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development:  Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of internal teams, partners, and customers. Design curriculum and training materials covering all of Videray's solutions, including hardware, software, and best practices. 
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, manuals, and online courses. Partner with internal teams to ensure that training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with Videray's product roadmap and best practices. 
  • Training Delivery:  Facilitate training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers, either in-person or virtually. Deliver hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and simulations to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development. 
  • Certification Programs: Establish certification programs for Videray's products and solutions, with an emphasis on training trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Define criteria for certification, administer assessments, and issue certifications to individuals who demonstrate proficiency in operating and managing Videray's technology. 
  • Customer Support:  Provide ongoing support to customers through training initiatives, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting assistance. Serve as a subject matter expert on Videray's products and solutions, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues as needed.
  • Customer feedback: Serve as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback throughout the adoption and use cycle to ensure that Videray can continue to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaboration:  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business objectives. Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of training materials, resources, and best practices. Develop user guides, technical manuals, and training documentation to support internal and external users in partnership with the technical writing staff. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training. Experience explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non-technical audience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct onsite training sessions and support customer engagements
