Job Description

BASIC PURPOSE : This position will be based out of Geneva, Switerzland to support Musket Europe SARL. The purpose of this role is to provide support for Musket Europe SARL’s day to day trading functions. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support scheduling various refined products with third-party customers.
• Assist with enter/change nominations, help manage allocations, and help maintain inventories.
• Assist with communications about scheduling plans with accounting, traders, mid-office, and third-party personnel.
• Provide support for reconciling any discrepancies with accounting and SRA.
• Notify traders of potential scheduling conflicts and suggest ways to mitigate.
• Solarc: help retrieve and enter movement tickets, enter trades, schedule movements, create/schedule interbook physical and futures interbooks.
• Support trading team with inputting trades into SRA, calculating positions, position changes, and change explanations.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in risk/trading analyst role preferred

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Hard Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced knowledge of Solarc RA, Citrix/Atlas systems
  • Ability to schedule training classes such as Inspectorate & Colonial
  • Knowledge of various pipelines, grades, deal types, etc.
• Soft Skills: Organization, work ethic, time management, and ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
