Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Full Time Title Clerk to join our growing team. The primary purpose of the Title Clerk is to process car deals, verify costs for the accounting department and handle the legal transfer of documents for the DMV. This position will be a critical and very unique opportunity within the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a dealership office and will be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment.

Hours & Pay
- Schedule of 8-5pm Monday - Friday
- Pay range of $17-$19/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper handling of the legal transfer of documents for the DMV
- Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state where they will be titled
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Verify funds have been collected and the correct lien holder is paid off before processing title applications
- Check for complete and accurate information on the application
- Maintain a strong, positive partnership with the Sales teams and conduct periodic training sessions regarding title regulations
