Job Description
Shift & Pay: 1st: 6am-2:30ppm - $20-$28/hr DOE
2nd: 2pm - 10:30pm - $20-$28/hr DOE
Qualifications - The candidate must show the ability to fabricate complex signage
- Minimum of 3+ years of sign fabrication and welding experience
- Experience in metal fabrication especially aluminum and steel
- Proficient in TIG/MIG Welding also experience use of hand or power tools
- Ability to read prints/drawings, accurately measure and cut aluminum and steel is required
- Experience is using fabrication tools such as press brakes, shears, hand tools
- Excellent communication skills and is self-motivated with leadership skills
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Ability to implement creative ideas for continuous improvement
- Open to working overtime or weekends when required
Responsibilities - Reports to: Operations Manager
- Rresponsible for fabricating all of our signage that requires metal fabrication and welding
- Must be comfortable with Tig & MIG Welding to complete the work in the department
- Ability to fabricate and weld complex signage without supervision such as: Pylons, Monuments, Custom Fabrication Designs
- Additional requirements include other trades such as fabrication, plastic vinyl, etc.
- Actively participates in Lean and 5S initiatives
- Maintains the highest ethical standards and effectively communicates to team members
- Performs other duties as required
