Job Description

• The candidate must show the ability to fabricate complex signage
• Minimum of 3+ years of sign fabrication and welding experience
• Experience in metal fabrication especially aluminum and steel
• Proficient in TIG/MIG Welding also experience use of hand or power tools
• Ability to read prints/drawings, accurately measure and cut aluminum and steel is required
• Experience is using fabrication tools such as press brakes, shears, hand tools
• Excellent communication skills and is self-motivated with leadership skills
• Must be well organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
• Ability to implement creative ideas for continuous improvement
• Open to working overtime or weekends when required

• Reports to: Operations Manager
• Rresponsible for fabricating all of our signage that requires metal fabrication and welding
• Must be comfortable with Tig & MIG Welding to complete the work in the department
• Ability to fabricate and weld complex signage without supervision such as: Pylons, Monuments, Custom Fabrication Designs
• Additional requirements include other trades such as fabrication, plastic vinyl, etc.
• Actively participates in Lean and 5S initiatives
• Maintains the highest ethical standards and effectively communicates to team members
• Performs other duties as required
