Job Description

The Department of Chemistry at Brown University invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professorship in Computational/Theoretical Chemistry.  All areas of research in modern computational and theoretical chemistry, including research involving biological and materials chemistry, catalysis, artificial intelligence for chemical discovery, spectroscopy, and electronic structure, will be given thorough consideration.  The Chemistry Department is interested in qualified candidates who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence by providing leadership in teaching, research or service toward building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment. The preferred start date is July 1, 2025.
