In this role, you will provide guidance and participate in all facets of the accounting team.
What You'll Do
- Support the controller in all aspects of general ledger activity, monthly reporting, budgeting, tax filings, and producing monthly financial statements
- Provide support for month-end close processes and procedures, and support internal controls, audits, and reporting
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the field services industry or similar preferred.
- You have a solid understanding of business, ERP, and CRM technology, preferably QuickBooks, Customer Factor, Smart Service, etc.
- You have supervisory experience along with being a team player to effectively interact at all levels of the organization.
- You have strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
