Job Description

Description We are looking for a Telecom Voice Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced telecom and voice systems, ensuring seamless communication across organizational platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and support critical infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory services to ensure optimal system performance. - Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments. - Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory solutions to support secure cloud-based operations. - Administer Citrix technologies to optimize virtual desktop and application delivery. - Collaborate with teams to manage Microsoft Exchange systems for reliable email and messaging services. - Monitor telecom voice systems for performance and reliability, addressing issues proactively. - Develop and document technical processes and procedures for system management. - Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex system issues. - Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices across all systems. Requirements - Proficiency in configuring and managing Active Directory environments. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting. - Experience with Azure Active Directory for cloud-based systems. - Familiarity with Citrix technologies for virtual desktop and application solutions. - Expertise in managing Microsoft Exchange email systems. - Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in telecom voice systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
