Technology Internship Program

What does a successful Information Technology Intern do? 

We are looking for a proactive intern to join our team! The Engineering track within the Technology Internship Program will give you the opportunity provide comprehensive infrastructure support for a variety of distributed operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and AIX.

What you will do:

• Streamline processes and centralize documentation using Confidence, a third-party integrated application.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Playbooks to establish consistent server support procedures.

• Develop and implement effective disaster recovery strategies.

• Handle system installation, configuration, and monitoring while ensuring security management.

• Troubleshoot issues to optimize the utilization and protection of technological resources.

What you will need to have:

• Pursuing a degree in a bachelor's program with a Management Information Systems, Information Technology or computer science major
• You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
• Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2027
• 3.0+ GPA 

What would be great to have: 

• HTML/CSS;PowerBi;Excel;Microsoft Access
• Infrastructure support experience either through internships or course work. 
• Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists). 
• Have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
