What does a successful Information Technology Intern do?
We are looking for a proactive intern to join our team! The Engineering track within the Technology Internship Program will give you the opportunity provide comprehensive infrastructure support for a variety of distributed operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and AIX.
What you will do:
Streamline processes and centralize documentation using Confidence, a third-party integrated application.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Playbooks to establish consistent server support procedures.
Develop and implement effective disaster recovery strategies.
Handle system installation, configuration, and monitoring while ensuring security management.
Troubleshoot issues to optimize the utilization and protection of technological resources.
