Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our consulting team for a 12-month engagement supporting a large enterprise banking client. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in regulatory projects and initiatives, including those involving consent orders and matters requiring attention (MRAs). There is potential for this engagement to be extended based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project management efforts focused on systems delivery and process change within large retail banking environments.
Manage US banking regulatory compliance projects, specifically in AML/KYC, BSA, CFPB, OFAC, and FRB programs, providing technical/IT support for these initiatives.
Present project updates and findings to business unit leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organization.
Elicit, structure, and validate requirements, maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Agile methodologies in mixed SDLC banking environments, fostering collaboration and efficiency within the team.
Engage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships to support project success.
Demonstrate excellence in both written and verbal communication skills, ensuring all project documentation is clear and comprehensive.
Serve as a Scrum Master, developing user stories and facilitating Agile development practices.
Apply problem-solving techniques, including fishbone analysis, to address project challenges and drive solutions.

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with banking industry platforms such as Salesforce, Encino, Axiom, and ACBS is highly valued.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, SAFe, or CSM are advantageous and will be considered a plus.
