Role Overview
As a Partner at Client, you will be instrumental in shaping the firm's growth and success. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, client-focused tax expert who excels in leadership and has a strong vision for client strategy and firm advancement. The Tax Partner will oversee client service delivery, drive business development, and enhance operational efficiencies, working in close collaboration with both in-house and outsourced teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of personal and business clients, delivering top-notch tax advisory and compliance services.
Operational Oversight: Supervise outsourced tax return preparation, ensuring precision, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
Business Development: Drive business growth by fostering client relationships, exploring service expansion, and identifying revenue opportunities.
Leadership: Mentor and lead team members to uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the firm's growth and efficiency strategies, with potential for ownership stakes.
Qualifications
Credentials: CPA, EA, or equivalent qualification with at least 7 years of relevant tax experience, covering both personal and business taxation.
Client Management: Proven expertise in managing client relationships and driving business development in a tax-focused environment.
Tax Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in tax with a proactive approach to staying current on tax regulations and changes.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial and strategic, with strong decision-making skills and a drive for growth.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills and a client-centered approach.
