Are you an experienced tax accountant and bookkeeper looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to assist with federal and state tax compliance, tax preparation, and bookkeeping. ### What You'll Do:
- Prepare tax returns from start to finish for individuals, partnerships, corporations (C-Corp, S-Corp), and trusts.
- Manage bookkeeping responsibilities, including full-charge bookkeeping tasks.
- Utilize tax preparation software (Lacerte preferred, but not required), QuickBooks, Excel, and Adobe.
- Maintain strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
### What We're Looking For:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in tax preparation and bookkeeping.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification preferred) and familiarity with tax software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
### Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $24.00 - $30.00+ per hour (commensurate with experience and skill level).
