Heads up! This is an in-person role, working alongside our team in Fulton Market West Loop area, Chicago.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end USA hiring across sales, marketing, operations and support.
  • Source top talent proactively through personal networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound efforts.
  • Manage the hiring process—from job postings to interviews to closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience—make hiring feel engaging and exciting.
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Be a brand ambassador—make sure every new hire is a great culture fit.

Experience you’ll bring

To hit the ground running in this role you’ll need 3 - 5 years experience working in recruitment (internal or agency) ideally with:

  • ✅ You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple roles at once.
  • ✅ You’re obsessed with great hiring —you know it’s about more than just matching résumés to job descriptions.
  • ✅ You have killer sourcing skills —finding hidden talent is your jam.
  • ✅ You’re an excellent communicator (verbally & in writing) and can sell candidates on a great opportunity.
  • ✅ You understand recruitment metrics and can make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • ✅ You love building teams —the idea of helping shape Askable’s future excites you.
