Introduction

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, managing requisitions, and driving the recruitment process to enhance both the hiring manager and candidate experience. This involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless and positive journey for all applicants. Your role plays a crucial part in building a diverse and high-performing workforce, which will positively impact our organization’s growth and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this position, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

This position is mainly located in Mesa, AZ, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

You will join a team of talent acquisition professionals dedicated to attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. What You’ll Do

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions and ads, and support interview processes
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the candidate experience by providing timely and respectful communication throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
  • Sourcing Specialist
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, talent pools) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Develop a comprehensive market mapping strategy to pinpoint key skills and identify potential candidates.
  • Employer Branding
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the talent market.
  • Create engaging content for careers pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns that reflect company culture and values effectively.
  • Recruitment Marketing
  • Design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms to attract diverse talent.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Create detailed persona guides to better understand the incentives and challenges that impact our targeted candidates.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment – preferably in in an agency setting
  • Knowledgeable about sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and job boards
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, job boards, and employer branding best practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
