As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent for our client company. You will have the chance to flex your creative muscles and showcase your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Utilize the LinkedIn Recruiter platform to search and connect with potential candidates

- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates

- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications

- Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms

Skills:

- 0 - 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and/or human resources

- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or another related field

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus (hammering down those hiring challenges!)

- Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Working knowledge of the LinkedIn Recruiter platform is a plus (connecting talent like a match made in recruiter heaven)

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (because we don't leave candidates hanging!)
