This role will play a pivotal part in executing and evolving the companys talent acquisition strategies to support the companys ambitious growth for 2025.



Job description

Our client is one of New Englands leading construction companies specializing in large complex projects. This individual will be responsible for managing recruiting activities for multiple offices across the country.

  • Responsibilities:
    Manages the development implementation and evaluation of recruiting practices and procedures and supervises and coordinates recruiting and staffing activities.

    Develops and establishes recruiting strategies processes tactics procedures while managing recruitment services for the Company.

    Regularly reviews and manages requisition distribution to optimize resources.

    Addresses all aging requisitions.

    Manages and maintains applicant tracking system(ATS).

    Manages departmental reporting on position status and recruitment issues.

    Collaborates with Communications for social media posting and advertising to ensure proper context and branding guidelines are being followed.

    Manages vendor relationships (agency/headhunter secondary tools etc.) and monitors and reports on utilization costvalue and other KPIs.

    Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external).

    Manages departmental budget reviewing activities expenses and invoices.

    Travels approximately 10%(Regional).

    Manages employees by mentoring coaching providing feedback and assessing performance.

    Evaluates employees performance.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    :

    Education: Bachelors Degree

    8 years of experience

    Full cycle recruitment experience required ideally in the commercial construction industry
