Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruiting operations and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage applicant data, and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) and manage scheduling logistics
  • Send interview confirmations and organize debrief sessions
  • Post jobs to internal and external boards and maintain requisition accuracy
  • Enter and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors)
  • Build and update reports on recruiting efforts for key stakeholders
  • Draft offer letters and employment agreements; collect documentation for pre-employment processing
  • Schedule and communicate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain candidate confidentiality
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with talent acquisition projects (e.g., job fairs, campus recruiting)

Qualifications

  • 1 year of previous Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and employment laws
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience supporting recruitment operations or events is a plus

The salary range for this position is between $56,500 and $72,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time. We encourage your prompt application.
