Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. Business Operations works across every part of the company, designing, building, operating business systems and data infrastructure to instrument business processes and business intelligence to enable the operations and growth of Juniper Square. As the Systems and Solutions Administrator in the Business Operations team, you will play a central role in equipping internal teams with the tooling that enables them to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers. You will effectively serve as a subject matter expert for a variety of SAAS systems used throughout all divisions of the company.

You are the owner of developing internal systems and data solutions for the organization working closely with business stakeholders.
Partner with the organization leaders and SMEs to identify and define their operational needs and requirements
Conceptualize solutions and systems for current and expected operations
Manage solutions to implementation
Ensure successful technical operation of implemented systems
5+ years of functional technical solution experience with some or all of the following: Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Smartsheet, Workday, Okta, Gong, or equivalent
5+ years of direct or comparable experience in high-growth technology companies, with a demonstrated record of high-impact solutions (internal or external)
Expert experience in developing and managing business applications supporting various business units including Customer Experience, Finance, Product Onboarding, etc.
High proficiency in program / project management, particularly in formulating and managing solution implementation roadmaps
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and partner with numerous stakeholders at all organizational levels
Exposure to iPAAS systems such as Boomi, Zapier, Mulesoft, Workato, Okta Workflows, or equivalent
Working understanding of AI concepts like Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
