Seeking Sushi Chef - Daytime Hours Only - May be Willing to Train
Our Team is passionate about delivering the highest quality food and experience to our guests. We are seeking a Sushi Chef to start immediately. Sushi experience preferred, but may willing to train if prior kitchen experience.

• Full-time & Part-time Positions Available
• Typical Hours 7am - 3pm
• Must speak English and have reliable transportation

Job Description

• You will be responsible for making sushi and other offerings in compliance with our recipes and standards, while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Responsibilities include preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping and slicing various kinds of fish, and placing orders for supplies as needed. You should also be able to customize customers’ orders according to preferences and food allergy considerations.

Sushi Chef Responsibilities

• Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
