We're looking for a Supervisor, Reconditioning Service to help keep the process as well-oiled as the vehicles we restore. In this role, you'll assist the shop manager in overseeing daily operations. But most of all, you've got a love of cars, from the Alpha-Romeo to the Zenos. Here are some of the qualifications that brought you here:Minimum:HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop experience); or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.Preferred:Excellent people, teamwork, and customer service skills.Strong communication and interaction skills.A working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations is preferred.Apply today and show us what kind of leader you can be!MSCOXUSD 59,600.00 - 89,400.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
