The Nursing Staff Coordinator (Staffing Coordinator) is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for staff to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage of all shifts. This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

QualificationsEducation: High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
Experience: Timekeeping (kronos), payroll exprience preferred.
Inovalon experience preferred.
Previous clerical experience required; experience in Health Care or related field preferred.
