Verify and process invoice payments for accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and proper account allocation.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive company information.
Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
At least two years of experience in a related role.
Knowledge of general financial and cost accounting principles.
Ability to follow generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Experience with local, state, SIT, and SUI payroll tax registration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, ADP), and related tools.
Strong ability to collaborate and provide excellent customer service to internal teams, hospitals, and vendors.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently.
Comfort with working in a high-growth, fast-paced, remote environment.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

What We Offer:
Remote work flexibility.
Comprehensive health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision).
Health Savings Account (HSA).
Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical and Dependent Care).
Employer-paid Life and AD&D insurance (with Supplemental options available).
Flexible vacation policy, wellness days, and paid holidays.

Our Recruitment Process:
We understand that no candidate is a perfect match for every requirement listed. If you're excited about contributing to our team and see yourself in this role, we'd love to talk with you. Our interview process typically involves up to 3 Zoom interviews.
Employment Type: Full-Time
