**RWE Clean Energy, LLC** **To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent** **Functional area:** Health, Safety & Environment **Remuneration:** Exempt The **Sr HSSE Physical Security Manager** plays a key role within the HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental) organization, responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive physical security programs across all company assets and operations. This position ensures the protection of personnel, property, and information through robust risk management, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration, while aligning with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., NERC/CIP, ISO, ANSI/ASIS). **Role Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute the physical security strategy in alignment with enterprise HSSE objectives and global standards. + Lead the integration of security governance into field operations and business planning + Oversee daily operations of all physical security programs, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations thereto + Establish and maintain physical security policies, standards, and procedures while ensuring documentation is current and communicated to all stakeholders + Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth + Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., IT, Legal, HR, Operations) and external agencies (e.g., law enforcement, regulatory bodies) to ensure effective security operations and incident response + Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices in physical security + Lead projects to upgrade and standardize security infrastructure across the organization + Ensure readiness for audits and inspections; maintain evidence of compliance and support continuous improvement of the security management system **Job Requirements and Experiences:** + Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field + Advanced degree or certifications such as CPP/PSP preferred + A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in physical security operations is required + A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role is required + Demonstrated expertise in access control, video management, and incident response systems (e.g., Avigilon, Lenel, Genetec) + Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NERC/CIP, ISO 45001/14001, ANSI/ASIS PAP.1) and industry best practices + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change + Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships + Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space + Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams + Strong leadership and communication, and the ability to meet deadlines + Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables + Ability to multitask, while working independently and as part of a team + Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities + Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds + Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable + Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts **Work Environment:** This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations. The employee must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time. _Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
