Job Description

Senior Motion Graphics Designer (Remote, Pacific Time Preferred)

Are you a passionate and creative motion graphics designer looking to work on high-profile entertainment projects? We are seeking an innovative and self-motivated Senior Motion Graphics Designer with experience in crafting dynamic visuals for theatrical trailers, television spots, outdoor displays, social media, and streaming marketing campaigns. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and love bringing stories to life through motion design, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you'll work with a talented team of designers, editors, and producers to create visually compelling assets for some of the most exciting projects in entertainment. From high-resolution stills to motion graphics and animated trailers, your creativity will help shape campaigns that captivate audiences. We provide our artists with a high degree of creative freedom, and we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pushes boundaries, and is eager to innovate.

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in Pacific time zones.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Producers, and Editors to bring ideas to life.
Design and animate graphics for theatrical, international, television, digital media, social media, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) projects.
Handle general VFX work, including tracking, keying, color correction, and occasional rotoscoping.
Manage the timely production of 2D and 3D design and animation workflows.
Render high-resolution, realistic CG assets for both motion and print projects.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in motion graphics for broadcast and/or theatrical marketing.
Expertise in After Effects (AE), Cinema 4D (C4D), and Redshift workflows.
Strong understanding of animation formats, frame rates, pixel aspect ratios, and social media specifications.
Experience in 3D product lighting/rendering is preferred.
Familiarity with motion posters (AV, GFX, and ZBrush experience is a plus!).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing your best work, with clear breakdowns of your role in each project.
