Title: Sr. ETL Test engineer - Scala
Location: O'Fallon, MO (Dayone Onsite - Need Locals OR Nearby States)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Mandatory skills:

• 8+ years of ETL Testing, creating and driving Automation Test Strategy.
• Scala
• Performance Testing

• Seeks a Sr. ETL Test engineer - Scala who will be a crucial part of our software team.
• The selected candidate will have to write scalable, robust, and easy-to-maintain code, and will be required to translate software requirements into high-performance products.
• You will also be actively involved in researching new technologies/tools that can be incorporated to improve the current system

Required skills:

• 8+ years of ETL Testing, creating and driving Automation Test Strategy.
• Spark, Scala and BigData experience along with SDET.
• Performance Testing
• Advanced skills and knowledge of Java 1.8/11, Spring framework.
• Data Engineering experience.

• Advanced skills working with JBehave and Rest API testing tool (Postman / Insomnia)
• Familiar with writing good Gherkin Syntax based acceptance test

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile Methodologies
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git etc
