Sr. D365 Application Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead technical design discussions and align solutions with client business goals.
* Create and oversee client-facing deliverables.
* Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities, perform gap analysis, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage scope, expectations, and identify risks or issues.
* Design and execute testing plans to ensure high-quality solutions.
* Provide training and support to clients and team members.
* Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demos, estimates, and proposal development.
* Stay current with new technologies and apply them to solve client challenges.
* Develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
* Design business workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
* Configure Power Apps, including model-driven apps and canvas apps, and manage solutions.
* Implement Power Portals for client-facing interactions.
* Create data connections, reports, and visualizations with Power BI.

Skills & Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience within D365 CRM.
* Experience within using Azure DevOps to manage backlog for projects.
* Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
