Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with team to establish, contribute to, and uphold the creative vision of each game
In collaboration with our artists, define the look of the project and elevate other artists' work to maintain craft quality
Work hands-on to create 2D & 3D concepts
Establish style guides and specs required to define and document the art the direction of the project
Communicate the art style across each area of the game including environments, characters, weapons, props, animation, and VFX
Develop milestones for art team through clear direction and sustainable scoping
Lead and manage relationships with external art contractors
Help grow, mentor, and guide the team, including directly managing the art team member
