Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Spa Sales Manager to promote and sell skincare treatments and packages. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skincare, confident in sales, and driven to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell spa treatments and skincare packages.
Explain treatment benefits and provide product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Maintain a professional and welcoming client experience.
Coordinate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, ideally in the spa, beauty, or wellness industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, confident, and proactive.
Passionate about skincare and client care.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Compensation:
₱3,000 base pay
Three-tier commission structure based on performance and sales results
Schedule:
Full-time (weekends may be required)
