About the Role
As a Software Engineer - Blockchain Focus, you'll play a key role in enhancing blockchain infrastructure, optimizing performance, and collaborating with industry leaders. You'll work with DeFi (Decentralized Finance) traders and validators to create better-connected solutions that drive success in the decentralized space.

What You'll Do
Develop innovative solutions that leverage validator profits while creating opportunities for searchers.
Design and implement strategies to enhance blockchain network performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement the best blockchain solutions.
Provide insights and best practices for working with validators and traders, particularly in Ethereum (ETH).
Conduct special data analysis projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems.
3+ years of experience working with blockchain technology.
2+ years of experience specifically in Blockchain MEV (Maximal Extractable Value).
Expertise in ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS (Proposer-Builder Separation).
Experience in trading and blockchain-related financial markets.
Proficiency in Go (Golang) programming.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
A proactive, independent mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., Geth, Bor, Prysm).
