Social Media Marketing Associate/Sr. Associate (Contractor 40 hours per week)

Overview: We are looking for an early career professional to join an existing project team responsible for marketing strategy and execution for a longevity-based startup within a large healthcare corporation. The role will be focused on social media marketing, with a specific focus on execution of day-to-day activities to include platform and campaign management, content creation, and marketing performance analysis. Our client is developing personal, physician-led, and pioneering solutions that will change healthcare.

Contract Role: The ideal candidate comes with relevant marketing experiences within B2C enterprises and enjoys being hands-on adding value in their efforts to grow clients’ social channels. Given the client’s multiple clinic locations across the U.S., the ability to work effectively meeting deadlines independently or through project team collaboration is crucial.

Beyond executing in this client’s digital strategy and marketing efforts, the Associate/Senior Associate has opportunity to grow in responsibilities and capabilities towards a more consultative role within the project team. It also provides a unique opportunity for exposure to strategic marketing within the professional services landscape with possible future involvement in ongoing firm initiatives and differing project engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle social media efforts through content creation, publishing, monitoring, listening, and documenting results
  • Responsible for client content and creative files from ideating, editing, updating, and managing as needed to support ongoing marketing objectives
  • Collect, analyze, and leverage data to drive insights into social media performance with recommendations for improvements
  • Develop strategies native to individual channels to demonstrate increased reach and demand with target audiences
  • Creation of monthly client reports with detailed project efforts and summarizing accomplishments to communicate to client stakeholders
    Identify viral, shareable online content to increase awareness, consideration, and demand of client’s product sets
  • Manage changes to project scopes, schedules and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Contract Opportunity Details

  • Location: Flexible - remote work
  • Start date November 2024 
  • Onsite time with client may be required monthly/quarterly or based on unique business needs
  • Expected work 40 hours per week
  • Contract role duration through 2024 and early 1H 2025 with potential for extension
  • The target compensation range for this contracted role is $50-$65/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. 

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of Marketing experience in the B2C space, specifically marketing support
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative visually and in written form
  • Ability to use AI tools to optimize content creation
  • Detailed understanding of publishing tools, analytics tools, and social marketing technology as well as social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, etc.  
  • Social media marketing campaign management experience, inclusion of content creation along with strategic execution
  • Deep understanding of social voice, tone, style and creative
  • Experience in paid media, monitoring the web and social media for promotable content
  • Strong analysis capabilities to lead monthly reporting expectations, synthesize performance data to highlight key trends, accomplishments and recommendations
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship (current and future)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a consumer or healthcare field; interest in longevity category
