Job Description

CycleBar is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. As a boutique fitness studio, we are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms to help grow our brand, engage with our community, and drive leads. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends, utilizing strategies such as hashtags, influencers, takeovers, and more.
  • Create compelling text, image, and video content that drives engagement and is aligned with defined performance goals.
  • Design social media posts to sustain curiosity and generate buzz around new services and offerings.
  • Stay current with changes in social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness across all channels.
  • Train staff on the collaborative and effective use of social media to drive lead generation.
  • Manage online conversations with followers by responding to direct messages, comments, and reviews promptly.
  • Report on key performance metrics, including engagement, growth, and reach.
  • Develop and maintain an optimal posting schedule, taking into account web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Oversee the layout and branding consistency of all social media accounts.
  • Propose and implement creative strategies for attracting new clients, such as promotions and social media competitions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with multiple social media platforms relevant to our business, with the ability to adapt to trending topics and platform changes.
  • In-depth experience managing Google My Business, including review management.
  • Strong ability to create engaging and creative content (text, images, videos).
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and diverse marketing channels.
  • Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate future digital trends and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, analyze data, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in developing social media campaigns that drive engagement and customer action.
  • A background in marketing, new media, or a relevant field is preferred.
