Recognizing the challenges of transitioning to civilian life, BufferSprings goes beyond its core mission. Our remote DoD SkillBridge internships provide real-world job experience, training, and skills development. We purposefully designed our program to give interns a head start on transitioning from military service to civilian employment while still enjoying the safety net of full pay and benefits from the military.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Graphic Designer with expertise in Canva to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, creativity, and the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing graphics that will help elevate our brand and drive business growth.
You might be a natural fit if you worked in a Public Affairs office in the military, design memes for social media, or design fliers for personal and family events.
Open to all qualified transitioning active-duty U.S. service members, both officer and enlisted, of any rank and branch, especially those with previous military recruiting experience. Must have at least 90 days of active duty service remaining before the date of separation and have obtained approval or be in the approval process from the unit/command.
We hire for character and train for skill at BufferSprings. If you can show us you have a knack for design and can pick up new skills quickly, we can train the rest. Here are the skills we’re looking for in this role.
Every BufferSprings SkillBridge intern experience includes ongoing career support and transition preparation. In addition to the training, certifications, and experience earned during their tenure, interns receive customized resume advice and LinkedIn profile training.
