  • Provide and teach project management for your six sigma teams.
  • Provide future project recommendations with monthly production and scrap data analysis.
  • Full involvement in all stages of your six sigma team projects as you work through six sigma green belt.
  • Lead and teach your black belt project, and two post black belt certification projects.
  • Provide statistical analysis for others beyond the six-sigma teamwork.
  • Actively promote and coach others for using the six sigma tools.
  • Research six sigma tool, methods, and program improvements.
  • Report, monitor, and present six sigma team’s progress.
  • Train and mentor green belt teams (upon successful completion of three black belt projects).

Qualifications arrow_right

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience. BS, Engineering preferred.
  • Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and mathematics – statistical class(es), advanced algebra, and calculus, preferred.
  • Self-starter that has a natural curiosity for solving problems that are challenging and complex.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise influence without authority.
  • Leadership and training abilities along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Possess exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Word. Excel. PowerPoint) – familiarity with project management tools preferred.
