FULL DESCRIPTION :  Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Shipping Clerk with additional responsibilities for maintaining cleanliness and order in the office. This dual-role position supports both the logistics and office maintenance needs to ensure a productive, well-kept workplace. The position requires a minimum of 16-24 hrs. weekly with a flexible schedule.

The selected candidate will be responsible for: 

• Wipe down the kitchen area daily to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean the refrigerator and ensure food items are organized weekly.
• Wipe down glass surfaces in the office when needed.
• Keep main office areas neat, organized, and clean for a welcoming environment.
• Assist with ordering office supplies as necessary, tracking inventory of supplies and reordering as needed.

The selected candidate will also possess: 

• Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, shipping, or logistics preferred.
• Basic computer skills for shipping data entry and inventory tracking.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting packages up to [weight limit, e.g., 15 lbs.].
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable balancing shipping duties with maintaining a clean, organized office environment

Salary Range: $22-$27/hr
