FULL DESCRIPTION : Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Shipping Clerk with additional responsibilities for maintaining cleanliness and order in the office. This dual-role position supports both the logistics and office maintenance needs to ensure a productive, well-kept workplace. The position requires a minimum of 16-24 hrs. weekly with a flexible schedule.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Wipe down the kitchen area daily to maintain cleanliness.
Clean the refrigerator and ensure food items are organized weekly.
Wipe down glass surfaces in the office when needed.
Keep main office areas neat, organized, and clean for a welcoming environment.
Assist with ordering office supplies as necessary, tracking inventory of supplies and reordering as needed.

The selected candidate will also possess:

Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping processes is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry, shipping, or logistics preferred.
Basic computer skills for shipping data entry and inventory tracking.
Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting packages up to [weight limit, e.g., 15 lbs.].
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable balancing shipping duties with maintaining a clean, organized office environment

Salary Range: $22-$27/hr
