Job Description

This position will be performing accurate and timely handling of all shipping, receiving, and order selection processes. Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies.
  • Ensure that shipments are accurately checked for quantity, quality, and compliance with sales order / purchase order.
  • Process shipping documents using ERP and manage inventory records.
  • Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments and deliveries.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Experience / Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-year prior warehouse experience.
  • Communication skills and basic math skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to properly operate forklift.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; walk; use hands to handle/feel objects; and reach with hands and arms.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend long hours sitting and operating a motor vehicle.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may also have to do some lifting up to 45 pounds.
