Smoothie King is seeking qualified candidates to work across all shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM M-F with weekend shifts available. Shift Lead positions are available with opportunities to progress into Management roles.
Smoothie King Shift Leads make it HAPPEN! Key responsibilities include greeting Guests, taking orders, handling payment, and thanking guests. You'll also prepare orders, promote products, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Shift Leads receive one free smoothie each shift and discounts on retail products. Shift Leads also receive incentives for great customer service and achieving sales goals. Tips are split each shift change.
Your Purpose:
o Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience.
o Concisely communicate details about Products and information to all Guests.
o Responsible for product and Guest service standards.
o Foster an environment of team work.
Your Background:
o Communicating with guests, teammates and managers in a positive manner.
o Ability to follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements.
o Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
o Ability to work independently with limited direction.
Current openings in Collierville, Germantown and Olive Branch.

o Operates a blender and POS cashier system.
o Regularly moves boxes and containers up to 55 lbs throughout the store.
o Ability to follow checklists, work instructions and operating plans.
o Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
o Ability to work cooperatively with teammates in a positive, proactive manner.
o Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
