- Strong ServiceNow developers with experience in building out service catalogue, get through knowledge migration, etc...
- Experienced in ServiceNow configurations as well
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to support critical development efforts, focusing on building the Service Catalog, migrating knowledge bases, and driving robust configurations. This role is essential for ensuring the successful launch of key ServiceNow modules and achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
- Drive knowledge migration efforts to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to define development priorities and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to coding and configuration best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and deep configuration skills.
- Proven ability to build out Service Catalog items and workflows.
- Experience with knowledge migration and module optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
