Job Description

Bullseye Strategy is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist. This person will have the ability to work across multiple client types including early-stage, growth, and Fortune 500s. You will serve as an SEO expert for a variety of accounts across a wide array of industries. As a key team member, your role will be to work side by side with the Sr. SEO Manager and leads to help support the agency's accounts to SEO success measured by improving clients' KPIs.

We are currently only hiring in Florida, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Michigan. At this time we will not consider applications in other states. 

SEO Responsibilities:

• Responsible for SEO audits of all types (technical, content, keyword, etc.)
• Understanding of technical SEO, including site speed optimization, hosting ramifications, HTML optimization, image optimization, minification, etc.
• Understanding of onsite SEO, including internal linking, page structure, URL structure, etc
• Understanding of offsite SEO, including external linking, etc.
• Good working knowledge of WordPress and SEO tool such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, KWFinder, and Screaming Frog
• Represent Bullseye as an SEO subject matter expert by demonstrating SEO knowledge
• Provides support for monthly and quarterly reporting for SEO clients

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant digital agency experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Outstanding internal and external communication skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to different types of inquiries
• Be a fast, flexible, and effective problem solver
• Analytical
• Be proactive and self-motivated
• Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and efficiently with various internal and external resources
• Strong goal orientation and a love for seeing a project completed

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Experience in Paid Search in Google and Bing a plus
