SEO Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our marketing strategy.
• Create and manage SEO reports to track progress and effectiveness of strategies implemented.
• Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO performance.
• Manage relationships with external SEO agencies and vendors as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and organic search marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools like SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing technology and audience management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, and creative development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
