About the Role:

We are excited to welcome a Senior Scrum Master to our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating and guiding our Agile teams. You will collaborate closely with leadership and team members to ensure effective implementation of Agile methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted Scrum Master for our Agile teams, helping to guide and coach them through the Scrum framework.
- Collaborate with business technology leaders to align on goals and objectives, ensuring teams are set up for success.
- Leverage your Agile coaching experience to mentor team members, encouraging best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Support teams in their Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and focused on delivering value.
- Foster open communication within and between teams, helping to resolve any impediments that may arise.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster teamwork.
- Agile coaching experience is a plus.
- No specific technical background is required; we value your Scrum Master expertise and leadership skills.
