Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
