Job Description

Are you a passionate product leader looking to make a significant impact? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team! In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and have the flexibility to work from home anywhere in the United States.

Our cutting-edge platform provides highly configurable Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) software solutions to a diverse range of industries, including electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, government, automotive, energy, and chemical manufacturing. By using our solutions, organizations can enhance operational excellence, reduce their Cost of Quality (CoQ), and maintain compliance with critical industry standards such as ISO, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and GxP regulations.

About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy and vision. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to create innovative solutions that meet market needs and contribute to business growth. From ideation to launch, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that our offerings are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Product Strategy & Vision:

Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives and long-term plans.

Team Collaboration:

Establish processes for clear communication, goal-setting, and evaluation within the product team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, marketing, sales, and operations—to ensure smooth product development and go-to-market execution.

Product Development & Execution:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to development, launch, and iteration.
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on market data, customer feedback, and business impact.
Work alongside engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Track key performance metrics to evaluate product launch success and make strategic adjustments as needed.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary product liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales teams, and support to inform product improvements and identify future opportunities.
Represent the product in high-profile meetings, conferences, and customer engagements as a product evangelist.

Financial & Operational Management:

Manage product allocation and make informed decisions to maximize ROI.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue generation within the product portfolio.
Analyze product performance data to guide lifecycle management decisions, including scaling or sunsetting initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (consideration for equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
A minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
Proven success in developing and executing product strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic, informed decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the QMS and/or manufacturing space.
Track record of launching successful products in both B2B and B2C environments.
Technical background or strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha!
Strong financial acumen with experience in product budgeting and forecasting.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position that requires a commitment of at least 40 hours per week, primarily working remotely. Some travel for client meetings, technical support, and industry events may be necessary, up to 25% of the time.

If you're a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for shaping and executing product strategies, we invite you to apply! Join us in our mission to empower individuals at every level of an organization to drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, automate tasks, and foster business growth.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 130,000.00 160,000.00 Per Year
