If you’re interested in joining a small team (SEAL Team Six of digital marketing) that is managing 7-figure monthly budget online advertising campaigns in highly competitive international markets, this is a position for you. With this in mind, a minimum of 2 years experience is a must. This is a position for a mid or senior level Native Digital Marketer.

You will be working closely with other team members in order to reach and keep given KPIs. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for a number of products and services in personal finance category.

The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years of experience working for an ad agency or as an in-house Native Digital Marketer and is looking to take his/her career to the next level by learning how to manage large budget advertising campaigns in competitive international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on native ad networks like Outbrain, Taboola, and other relevant platforms;

• Develop, execute, and optimize native ad campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs, focusing on target CPAs;

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for multiple objectives, including CPA, ROI, and LTV;

• Liaise with the creative team to develop high-quality and engaging ad creatives;

• Work closely with the Marketing team and share best practices that will help everyone reach their goals.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Native media buying;

• In-depth knowledge of Native ad platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, or other Native platforms;

• Fluent English verbal and written communication is required.
