Senior Mobility Specialist Location Downers Grove, IL : The Glanbia Group comprises three divisions : Glanbia Performance Nutrition, Glanbia Nutritional's , and Joint Ventures. We employ a team of 6,000 people, work with global food and beverage companies, and sell our award-winning and market-leading products in 130 countries worldwide. We are adding a Senior Specialist, Mobility to support the Global Mobility Manager in the COE to deliver domestic and cross-border mobility services and ensures that employees have a positive experience throughout the process. This role will have responsibility for coordinating with multiple parties across the organization to plan for employees to embark on and return from global or domestic assignments. As the Senior Specialist, Mobility you will: Ensure Mobility practices continue to align with Company goals to achieve business strategy, employee value proposition, goals, and values; and ensures successful execution. Execute global and domestic mobility processes and policies, ensures meaningful communication to drive equitable treatment for assignee population and provides partnership to BUs. Oversee day-to-day immigration and assignment management processes and queries. Liaise with vendors to provide domestic and global mobility process support - relocation, tax, immigration, etc. Ensure compliance of global mobility practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and other known relevant policies and guidelines. Handle immigration and relocation support across the globe/region/countries Support Line Managers and assignees through assignment life cycle of planning, pre-assignment, during assignment and end of assignment with extensions/repatriation or localization and the applicable processes nuances. Query management on immigration support, payroll, compensation management, taxation etc. Provide administrative support for cross-border assignments and secondments such as coordinating work visas, immigration and repatriation activities and working with 3rd party vendors to coordinate mobility services Skills you will bring to the team: Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in domestic and/or international Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Success Factors Knowledge of Global Mobility processes & policy Experience in applying domestic and cross-border assignment policies to varying scenarios Managing cross-border assignments and secondments from start to end As the Senior Mobility Specialist you will coordinate with the various vendors to initiate services and will partner closely with the relevant HRBPs and the impacted employee to address any issues.
