Job Description

Location: This position will be onsite at our corporate offices in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area). **This is not a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Mobile Apps Developer with 7+ years of professional experience, proficient in developing high-quality and high-reliability enterprise mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven record of accomplishment in delivering high-quality mobile software solutions. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without requiring work visa sponsorship. 

Responsibilities:

• Led all aspects of the development of cross-platform mobile apps for multiple platforms and ecosystems for all lines of Sol-Ark products.
• Expert in hands-on development of mobile apps using Native/FLUTTER/React Native frameworks.
• Execute end-to-end design, development, and publishing of enterprise mobile apps on Google and Apple Play stores.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and software to build mobile-specific features and native mobile OS capabilities.
• Optimize mobile solutions for memory, power, connectivity, performance, and other constraints in the mobile ecosystem. 
• Practice TDD, with automated mobile testing frameworks, and debugging. 
• Help maintain the Continuous Development/Integration tools for mobile apps.
• Translate UI/UCX design from high-fidelity wireframes to mobile app development.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Be an expert in the design and development of mobile solutions leveraging native OS capabilities unique to mobility for both iOS and ANDROID
• Experienced /Knowledgeable in the development of RESTful Micro-Services
• Deep understanding of MVVM and similar design patterns
• CLEAN/ SOLID Architectures, Event-Driven architectures to build scalable, extensible, modular mobile apps
• Experienced in BFF, API-first design methods, including GraphQL/Node.js
• Experience with KOTLIN/Java, Android Studio/JetBrains IDE, and Xcode 
• Be knowledgeable in relational and NoSQL databases (i.e. MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres) 
• Proficient knowledge of mobile software security concepts
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently to deliver against aggressive timelines
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
